PLC control system configuration
The main control system of this project uses SIMATIC S7-Smart CPU with Huichen H7-200Smart module, uses the RS485 port of the CPU body to communicate with the touch screen, and controls motors, valves and other equipment through the expanded digital output module; the expanded Huichen independent Some economical analog modules detect water pipe pressure, conductivity, flow, temperature and other signals respectively, and realize the frequency adjustment of two sterile water pumps by expanding the analog output module.

The economical analog module is a complete product series planned by Huichen staff through in-depth research on multiple industries and summarizing the actual usage habits and pain points of end users. It has the following characteristics.
Single signal: All signal input categories of a single module are divided into full voltage type or full current type.
Super cost-effective: Compared with the standard module, the input signal type of the economical module changes from mixed voltage and current to pure voltage or pure current. Correspondingly, unnecessary signal detection components are also deleted, thereby reducing the cost of the module.
Super anti-interference: The economical module has a simpler circuit than the standard module, and the R&D personnel have optimized it during design, which greatly improves the anti-interference performance of the economical analog module.
Optimized module wiring: The economical module has made some modifications to the wiring method, making it more convenient for users to wire when using a two-wire current sensor (passive current sensor).
Water quality monitoring: including real-time detection of conductivity, water pressure, water tank level, water flow, water temperature and other data, data archiving and historical curves and other functions.
Abnormal warning: includes warning functions for important changes before and after filtration, water pipe pressure, water tank level, etc., and sets a system shutdown threshold to protect equipment.
RO automatic flushing: divided into first-level RO and second-level RO, which interlock actions according to the set flushing time through associated flushing valves, high-pressure pumps and other equipment.
Conductivity and return water valve interlocking: The conductivity of the water is detected at the secondary RO. If it is qualified, it will be transported to the sterile water tank. If it is not qualified, the return water valve will be opened and the water will be returned to the original water tank for further treatment.
Constant pressure water supply: According to the set delivery water pressure, the frequency converter frequency is automatically adjusted to achieve constant pressure delivery of sterile water.
