Telephone card intelligent sorting system (Huceen H7-300 module)

The project mainly uses the principle of barcode identification of items to sort items, input the barcodes into the host computer, and confirm the cargo number corresponding to each barcode. One barcode in a box can correspond to multiple cargo numbers, and one or more cargo numbers can be classified. At a picking port, the assigned boxes are then placed on the sorting line. Realize a fully automated item sorting assembly line.

The automatic sorting system replaces manual and boring sorting operations, and doubles the efficiency based on manual sorting, while reducing the error rate of sorting!
 

System Overview:

1.The sorting system mainly consists of: PLC control cabinet + sorting line + scanner + electromagnetic switch valve + PC host computer

2.Mainly uses barcode scanning to sort items

3.The PLC system is a system composed of Siemens S7-300 CPU and Huichen H7-300 modules.

4.The inverter group consists of 12 Mitsubishi FR700s.
